Our Owner: Bob Conner
Bob Conner started All Pro Security in 2006 after retiring from police work for 33 years. He acquired Bringhurst Process Service June 1, 2019. During his time on the police force, he worked in all facets of law enforcement, including patrol, investigations, training, media relations and numerous supervisory positions. His last few assignments were as a Division Commander (Captain) over the Patrol Division and later the Support Services Division.
Bob graduated from the prestigious F.B.I. Academy in 2001 along with obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Brigham Young University. He also recently graduated from Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses program, a rigorous ten week program focused on strengthening small businesses across the country. The program has a high success rate with 63% of participants reporting increase in their revenues and 47% reporting creating net new jobs just six months after graduating.

Maria Caruso’s motto, “To be a catalyst for positive change to the people and community I serve,” is a true reflection of her character. Her passion for helping others and making a difference in society has been ingrained in her from an early age. Maria firmly believes in lifelong learning and recognizes that constant growth and evolution are essential, especially in the ever-changing process service industry. As laws, codes, and procedures continuously evolve, Maria remains dedicated to staying updated, adapting, and providing ongoing training.
With a wealth of experience, Maria possesses a comprehensive and unique understanding of both civil and criminal process. She has spent fifteen years as a licensed private investigator with the State of Utah, starting her career with a respected Constable in Salt Lake County in 2005. During this time, Maria handled various types of civil process, including Restitutions and Executions. Her work brought her into contact with collection attorneys, family law attorneys, individuals, and state agencies. Additionally, she managed the service of criminal warrants for the justice courts.
Driven by a desire for personal growth and diversification, Maria expanded her expertise by venturing into investigation cases such as insurance fraud and surveillance. She further honed her skills by working as a licensed bail enforcement bounty hunter for six years. In this role, Maria collaborated with bail bondsmen to locate and apprehend fugitives who had skipped out on their bonds or court orders. Additionally, she has four years of experience as a nationwide interventionist, specializing in intervening and transporting both youth and adults. Her work has taken her across the country, contributing to her vast experience and perspective.
Furthermore, Maria has served as a liaison between attorneys and process servers in a large collection law firm. This role allowed her to enhance her understanding of the legal process and further contribute to efficient collaboration within the industry.
In 2019, Maria was approached to return to the process service field and assumed the position of office manager at Bringhurst Process Service, which is now operated by All Pro Security and the Provo City Constable. Leveraging her extensive background, Maria continues to make use of her wealth of experience and actively shares her knowledge with others. Her exceptional managerial skills and commitment to dynamic diversity have been instrumental in the success of our company.

Neil is an exceptional team member and has been a part of our team for several years. In fact, he is our longest-serving process server, and our team values his contributions and expertise immensely. Neil has built a vast understanding of the laws and regulations governing the process service industry. His knowledge has grown consistently over the years, and he is always up-to-date with the latest changes in the industry. He uses this experience to ensure that every paper is handled with the utmost care and served according to the regulations in place. Even in challenging situations, Neil is able to navigate complexities and find solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Neil is also well-known within our client network for his exceptional customer service and ability to connect with our clients. He has established solid relationships with both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. His clients respect him not just for his promptness but also for his professionalism and thoroughness when it comes to serving papers. Heather Rowley has a deep-rooted background in the process serving industry, having been exposed to it from a young age through her parents who served as Constables until their retirement in 2001. She gained invaluable experience by working in her parents’ office during her early teens and has since become an invaluable asset in the industry. Heather possesses an extensive knowledge of the rules of civil procedure, which she utilizes to guide and support the Bringhurst team in preserving the integrity of the cases entrusted to us and respecting all parties involved. Her commitment to teamwork is evident as she consistently strives to execute our responsibilities with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
One of Heather’s standout skills is her proficiency in skip tracing, which has yielded successful outcomes in locating defendants and overcoming challenges. She was also involved as a beta tester for the courts during the implementation of e-filing proofs of service. Additionally, she has served as a Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) bridging our office with the Utah Criminal Justice Information System (UCJIS) and the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI).
Heather upholds her family’s esteemed reputation by emphasizing the importance of carefully following instructions, paying attention to detail, and ensuring accurate and proper service of every document.
Currently, Heather primarily focuses her efforts on generating content for the websites of our parent company and its affiliated entities, as well as publishing our internal monthly newsletter.
Outside of work, Heather finds fulfillment in her passion for family, as well as engaging in activities such as waterskiing, photography, cooking, and supporting her beloved Utah Jazz.
In April 2019, Brittany joined the Bringhurst Process Service team as a process server, bringing a valuable skill set to our organization. As time passed, she seamlessly integrated into our support team, showcasing her dedication and adaptability. Today, Brittany plays a pivotal role, serving as a crucial link between our diligent process servers and the law firms and attorneys who rely on our services.
Her commitment to precision and thoroughness is what sets her apart. Brittany ensures that every affidavit we produce contains the vital information required for each pleading we serve.
