Having been purchased by  All Pro Security (APS) in June 2019, we are now able to offer additional top services to our clients throughout Utah. APS has grown to be the largest Constable Agency in Utah with 24 cities utilizing their officers and enabling us to provide many more service options to our assorted clients.

Our Owner: Bob Conner

Bob Conner started All Pro Security in 2006 after retiring from police work for 33 years. He acquired Bringhurst Process Service June 1, 2019. During his time on the police force, he worked in all facets of law enforcement, including patrol, investigations, training, media relations and numerous supervisory positions. His last few assignments were as a Division Commander (Captain) over the Patrol Division and later the Support Services Division.

Bob graduated from the prestigious F.B.I. Academy in 2001 along with obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Brigham Young University. He also recently graduated from    Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses program, a rigorous ten week program focused on strengthening small businesses across the country. The program has a high success rate with 63% of participants reporting increase in their revenues and 47% reporting creating net new jobs just six months after graduating.

Bob has also been awarded the    Patriot Award by the ​ Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for his support for Citizen Warriors. 


Our Office Manager:
Maria Caruso

Maria Caruso’s motto: “To be a catalyst for positive change to the people and community I serve” speaks volumes about her character. Helping people and making a difference in society has been Maria’s passion for as long as she can remember. She believes that we can never learn enough and that we are constantly changing and growing. This can be true in the process service industry. Laws, codes, and procedures are always changing, and Maria is constantly learning, making the necessary adjustments, and providing frequent training.

Maria has an impressive background, and she has an extensive and unique understanding of both civil and criminal process. She has fifteen years of experience as a licensed private investigator with the State of Utah. Maria started working for a respected Constable in Salt Lake County in 2005 and she served all types of civil process including Restitutions and Executions. She interacted with collection attorneys, family law attorneys, individuals, and state agencies. Maria also managed the service of criminal warrants for the justice courts. 

Maria added to her experience by venturing into investigation cases such as insurance fraud and surveillance. She has six years of experience as a licensed bail enforcement bounty hunter where she worked with bail bondsmen to search for and arrest fugitives that have skipped out on bonds or court orders. Maria has four years of experience as a nationwide interventionist where she specializes in the intervention and transportation of youth and adults and has traveled all over the country in this endeavor.

Additionally, Maria worked for a large collection law firm as a liaison between attorneys and process servers.

In 2019, Maria was asked to return to the process service field and was hired as the office manager at Bringhurst Process Service which is now owned and operated by  All Pro Security and the Provo City Constable. Here, she continues to draw upon her vast experience and shares her knowledge with others. She is a successful manager and has been a key in the practice of dynamic diversity as well as in the success of our company.

Neil Swensen

Neil is our longest “serving” process server and another great asset to our team. His knowledge of the laws in our industry is deep and his rapport with our long standing and new clients is valued beyond measure. He will go out of his way to help our team make sure every paper is served, and served right the first time.

Heather Rossiter-Rowley


Heather Rowley is an Executive Consultant for Bringhurst Process Service. Heather has “grown up” in the process serving industry as her father and her mother were Constables from the late 60’s until their retirement in 2001.

Heather began working for her parents in their office in her early teens and is a vital asset as she continues to work in the industry. She has a deep knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and continues to advise the Bringhurst team as we strive to protect the cases we are given and respect all parties involved.  She is a great team player and supports us as we make every effort to serve all our papers in a professional manner with honesty, and integrity.

Heather has many skills including her proficiency in skip tracing. She been successful locating many defendants and welcomes the challenge. Heather honors the reputation of her family name as she reinforces the importance of following instructions, paying attention to details, and making sure that every paper is served properly.

Heather grew up in Salt Lake City and attended Brigham Young University. Heather was a beta tester for the courts as they prepared to initiate the e-filing of proofs of service. She has also been a Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) between our office and the Utah Criminal Justice Information System (UCJIS) and the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI).

Outside of work, Heather is passionate about family, waterskiing, photography, cooking, and the Utah Jazz.

Brittany Caruso

Hired as a process server in April 2019, Brittany added that experience to our support team when she was given additional responsibilities in the office. She functions as a liaison between our process servers and the law firms and attorneys that hire us. Her attention to detail assures our clients that our affidavits provide the essential details of each pleading that we serve.
