2020 is coming to an end and all we can say is WOW. Utah was impacted in many unforeseen ways. A pandemic, an earthquake, a hurricane-force windstorm, destructive protests, and statewide wildfires put our communities to the test. Jobs were lost, business shut down and essential workers put their lives on the line. Bringhurst Process Service (BPS) was fortunate and withstood incredible odds. When the courts closed and law firms transitioned their employees to a work-from-home format, BPS found themselves facing them same uncertainty as other local and national process service companies. The threat of too much extra time was daunting. Fortunately, BPS quickly implemented new policies and procedures that were compliant with the strict COVID-19 guidelines and continued to serve legal documents throughout the year. BPS remained healthy and kept those they interacted with safe. BPS owes their survival to a dedicated staff and their remarkable clients and wishes to express gratitude for these associations. BPS has been able to reach their mission because of the trust that so many have in their promise of affordable and timely service with accuracy and integrity.
